The history of the state (state system, central and local organs of state power and administration, judiciary) and right (issues, the most important institutions of public and private law) in the Czech lands, Czechoslovakia and the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic since the establishment of the first state units in 1960. Seminar classes are focused on the legal and historical analysis of sources and their criticism in a wider context.
