Course objectives:
|
The course is designed primarily for Erasmus students, is recited in English or German. In education, the emphasis is on the comparison of similar state and legal institutions in Central Europe from the earliest times to the present, including the beginnings of international law and diplomacy.

Content
|
Basic informations about the development of the Law of Inheritance in the countries of the central Europe - former Czechoslovakia and Poland. Apprise students with the selected legal institutes of the Law of Inheritance from the Roman Law to the the modern codifications via comparative method. The lesson accentuate selected common outlines of the legal institutes of the Law of Inheritance of the European legal tradition (ius commune). Mainly for the Erasmus Mundus Student determinated.

srovnat instituty dědického práva v díle císaře Justinián se současnou právní úpravou ČR a ostatních zemí střední Evropy s právní úpravou významných evropských občanských zákoníků - rakouského, německého, švýcarského, italského a španělského (Code Civil, ABGB, BGB, ZGB, CCI) , včetně nejnovějších názorů právní vědy a soudních rozhodnutí |
