- vést odbornou diskusi nad civilněprávními tématy v italském jazyce s použitím příslušné odborné terminologie
- pracovat tvůrčím způsobem s odbornou literaturou a dalšími zdroji v italském jazyce
- zpracovat odborný text v italském jazyce publikovatelné úrovně. Je schopen komparace české a příslušné zahraniční právní úpravy |
