Course objectives:
|
To present to students in lectures the highest authorities of Central European states in a comparative perspective, to show their role and competence in periods from high Middle Ages till the end of 19th century. Next to it identify some historical attempts to create wider European community of states (projects of Jiří of Poděbrady, of J.A.Komenský etc.) and to give the basic overview of trends in the fields of criminal law, international law and diplomatic law.

rozpoznat funkce nejvyšších orgánů států střední Evropy. Analyzovat jejich role a kompetence v období od vrcholného středověku do konce 19. století. Formulovat a uvádět do souvislostí ve spojení s ústavněprávní tématikou některé historické pokusy o vytvoření širšího evropského společenství států. Analyzovat trendy, které formovaly vývoj mezinárodního, diplomatického a trestního práva střední Evropy |
