Course objectives:

The course is intended for students who have already completed the course Roman Law I and II., And serves primarily to deepen students' knowledge and skills in the field of Roman law, both in the scientific and practical sense and to prepare for the partial comprehensive exam.

Requirements on student
|
The student will complete the course on the basis of a written test. The test will consist of five questions devoted to the practical application of a fragment from Justinian's Digest or other professional text and five free questions for a short answer, which will be devoted to the subject matter. To complete the course, it will be necessary to answer at least three questions correctly in each of the two five questions. The student will have three attempts to complete the course, while four dates will be announced for the test.
