Course objectives:
|
The course aims to acquaint students with the method of working with legal sources, including foreign, ie both foreign legal literature and legal norms, or case law and teach them to use this method. The second goal of the course is to clarify to students the interrelationships between continental legal systems and their common starting point, ie Roman law, based on selected specific problem areas in the field of property rights.
