The subject introduces students to the issue of alternative dispute resolution in the form of negotiation (facilitation), mediation, and arbitration.

Content
|
Deepening the knowledge which was gained during the civil proceedings lessons as well as deepening the knowledge on possible forms of dispute resolution without the interference of the court. The position requirements to be the facilitator, mediator, and arbiter.
