Course objectives:
|
This course acquaints students with the civil trial proceeding (contentious proceeding, proceeding according to the Act on Special Judicial Proceedings and enforcement proceeding) from the court's and attorney's perspective.

Requirements on student
|
- basic knowledge of the civil law procedure
- active approach
- interest in the practical application of the law

Content
|
Increase of knowledge of civil procedure based on the analysis of the relevant case law and drafting of legal acts. Students will solve questions related to the selected case law and draft the most important legal texts in a way that will allow them to prepare and draft any of such texts later on in their own legal practice.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
- The student will acquire knowledge about every part of the judicial proceeding and will learn how to solve the most problematic and common situation of the civil procedure

- The student will learn to examine opinions of third persons and define its own ideas based on the teaching methods of analysis and discussion and based on the previously acquired knowledge and information available to him |
