Upon successful completion of this course, students wil be able to be adequately informed about those details of the securities law, that are, as a rule, neglected in the courses of commercial law. Just through this education students will gain preconditions for further study of legal information necessary for operation in the capital market. Graduate will have the theoretical knowledge necessary for further study details of securities law, and for practical work on the capital market. |
