Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Upon successful completion of this course, students wil be able to be adequately informed about those details of contractual law concerning securities, that are, as a rule, neglected in the courses of civil and/or commercial law. Just through this education (and education i the cours CP1) students will gain capacity necessary for operation in the capital market. Graduate will have other, especially practical knowledge that will allow a variety of ways to dispose of the securities and to focus on the capital market. |
