Course objectives:
|
In this course, a student devotes to own scientific work, consultation with a supervisor with emphasis on writing partial parts of the dissertation and its progressive completing. A student works with relevant sources and literature, performs a choice and application of convenient scientific methods. A student will determine and critically evaluate and examine work hypothesis. A student will formulate scientific and theoretical conclusions on the base of established facts. At the end of the semester, student will present a partial concept of the dissertation to a supervisor.

Individually determined in agreement with a supervisor. The student dedicates to own scientific work and consultation with a supervisor with the aim to write the dissertation.

- orientovat se v materii občanského práva na úrovni absolventa magisterského studijního programu Právo a právní věda a absolventa příslušných odborných předmětů dle studijního plánu doktorského studia;

- prokázat hlubší teoretické znalosti v oblasti práva
- prokázat znalosti občanského práva na úrovni absolventa magisterského studijního programu Právo a právní věda a absolventa příslušných odborných předmětů dle studijního plánu doktorského studia
- aplikovat detailní znalosti občanského práva hmotného a civilního práva procesního
- prokázat znalost odborné právní terminologie
- formulovat vlastní myšlenky odborným právním jazykem

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
- prokázat širokou, hlubokou a systematickou znalost metod a problémů právní vědecké a výzkumné práce a porozumění etickým aspektům vědecké a výzkumné práce. |
Graduate knowledge:
The graduate proves wide, deep and systematic knowing of methods and problems of legal scientist and researched work and understanding to ethnical aspect of scientist and research work. The graduate in a creative way uses and develops legal expressing in a written form.
Graduate skills:
The graduate can suggest and use advanced legal research methods and procedures enable to extend knowing in the area of law. The graduate is able to develop and evaluate theories and methods in the area of doctoral specialization including analysis and evaluating interdisciplinary relations. The graduate can create new ideas of knowing and approaching law. The graduate can do advanced analysis of the newest or the most complex legal problems. The graduate can use information from practise and work with them in a creative way. The graduate is able to realize an original legal research in published quality.

Skills - skills resulting from the course: |
- navrhovat a používat pokročilé právně výzkumné metody a postupy umožňující rozšiřování poznání v oblasti práva;
- rozvíjet a vyhodnocovat teorie a metody v oblasti doktorské specializace včetně analýzy a vyhodnocování mezioborových a meziodvětvových vazeb;
- vytvářet nové myšlenky rozšiřující poznání a pojímání práva;
- provádět pokročilou právní analýzu nejnovějších nebo nejkomplexnějších právních problémů. Absolvent dovede využívat údajů z praxe a tvůrčím způsobem je zpracovávat;
- tvůrčím způsobem využívat a rozvíjet právní vyjadřování v písemné formě;
- uskutečňovat původní právní výzkum publikovatelné kvality.
