Course objectives:

This main goal of this course is to acquaint students with the issue of compensation for material and non-material damage in existing Civil Code. Students should gain a deeper systematic theoretical and practical review about this subject. Within the interpretation, emphasis will be placed on current trends in the provision of compensation for property and non-property damage in relation to current shifts in the field of production, research, transport, technology, healthcare, etc.
