Course objectives:
|
In the second part, the task of teachers is to explain the principles of ordinary and extraordinary legal remedy, to demonstrate the enforcement proceedings, (executory proceedings) and also the basic principles of arbitration and the insolvency proceedings and civil procedure law of the EU and provide the students with theoretical and also practical knowledge.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
After passing the second part the students should have the basic knowledge of the entire law of civil procedure to such an extent in order to be able to discuss particular procedures in the following third part. The student shall be able to apply the corresponding procedural methods focused on remedy of faulty judicial decisions. |
