Course objectives:

In the third part, after the familiarization with the entire law of civil procedure the students should, in the scope of seminars, learn how to formulate their opinion concerning the entire law of civil procedure.

Course is concluded with a written test and an exam in its entirety PR1-PR3.

After passing the third part, students should understand the broader context of civil procedure law and should be able to discuss it by themselves. Students will be able to apply thoroughly all the principles of civil procedural law on practical examples. They shall also be able to describe and theoretically explain all these principles including relevant case-law. |
