Course objectives:
|
The seminar is focused on summarizing the curriculum of civil procedural law and on providing information on possible changes in the regulation of civil procedural law, which occurred from the end of the basic course to passing the final state examination in the last year of study. Teaching can also be replaced by individual and group consultations.

- to orientate oneself in the matter of civil procedural law to the extent necessary for the completion of compulsory subjects focused on this area of legislation |
