Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
At the end of the course, students shall be able to:
- create and manage their own case file
- choose the proper procedural steps
- assess the statutory terms of the proceedings
- analyze a case
- identify the contentious issues based on substantive law
- apply the substantive law to a specific case
- propose possible legal options to solve a case
- present their conclusions in public
- deliver a final judgement including a proper reasoning based both on matter of fact and matters of law
- critically assess all their written submissions and judgements compared to the relevant case law

- má znalosti potřebné k:
vytvoření vlastního spisu; volbě odpovídajícího procesního postupu; zkoumání splnění podmínek řízení; provedení rozboru případu; rozpoznání sporné otázky z hlediska práva hmotného; aplikaci hmotné právo na konkrétní případ
