Course objectives:

The thesis is the final work of student in the master study program. Students have to write the thesis on a chosen topic individually under the supervision of their tutor. The conditions of elaboration and submission of the thesis are determined by the decision of the dean of Faculty of Law.

Requirements on student
|
Continuous active participation in the consultations with the supervisor during the processing of theses. Written elaboration of theses according to the requirements specified in the decision of the Dean of Faculty and supervisor.

Knowledge - students are expected to possess the following knowledge before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
to know different learning strategies to get and process knowledge and information; develop effective procedures; create hypotheses, propose gradual steps, consider the use of different procedures by solving problems or testing a hypothesis; apply appropriate methods and previously acquired knowledge and skills by solving problems, use creative thinking, critically access to sources of information, process information creatively and use them |
Skills - students are expected to possess the following skills before the course commences to finish it successfully: |
to express himself clearly, understandably and adequately to the person with he want to communicate; use professional language with; make hypotheses, propose gradually steps, consider possible pros and cons of individual variants of solutions, including the assessment of their risks and resultes, identify the problem, clarify its principle, divide it into parts |
