Course objectives:

The main goal of this course is to stimulate students' creative thinking in the field of technical innovation and entrepreneurship. Today, there is a great emphasis on innovative thinking in connection with the ongoing digital transformation of companies. Modern technologies in connection with current world trends open the way to the rapid creation of new products and services. Development work is also increasingly being moved to a virtual online environment and is amplified by the use of collaborative team tools and methods. Starting your own business today is very easy. All you have to do is have a good idea.

Content
|
The course is primarily focused on ways of technological innovation in manufacturing companies. Concentration is on both product and service innovation as well as business process innovation with regard to the wider applicability of the company in the market. Students will learn to use methods and techniques for finding new business models of industrial companies with their subsequent stabilization in the organizational structure of the company. An integral part of the course is also software support for the mentioned topics.
