Course objectives:
|
The goal of this subject is the students identification with the view of management, namely in the case of management of industrial enterprises, in the case of teambuilding and in the case of self-management.
|
Requirements on student
|
A condition for obtaining the credit is:
1. Mandatory attendance at seminars (min. 11 attendance from 13 seminars)
2. Participation in the management simulation game
3. Presentation of achieved game results
4. Submitted results report
The exam is combined - the written test and oral exam:
- written test - for successful completion it is necessary to obtain at least 45 points out of 70 possible (less than 2/3 points)
- up to 15 points can be obtained for active participation in solving problems in lectures
- in the situation of a even between the marks, the oral examination follows

Content
|
In the course, students will learn about issues and importance of business management in all basic areas of management, from production, logistics, people management to economics. There will be presented basic relations among mentioned areas on specific examples of industrial company management and by using a simulation game.
