Course objectives:

Aims are to familiarize the student with the problematics of planning and decision-making in company environment. A further aim is to equip the student with information of planning and decision-making methods.

Requirements on student
|
Conditions for obtaining credits are to pass a tests, write and successfully defend semester work.
Examination comprises written and oral parts.

Content
|
Students of technically oriented study programs will learn the basic knowledge of planning and decision-making methods. In practice, students will practically realize the knowledge gained from lectures using software tools available in industrial practice.
