Content
|
The course is focused on basic knowledge of strategic management of companies. Students will learn the basics of strategic management, business strategy, its preparation, implementation and updating. They will also gain an overview of the transfer of strategic goals into strategic plans and projects and become familiar with modern methods supporting these activities.
