1. Introduction to the course, content, standing within the framework of the system of environmental law, constitutional anchoring of the nature protection, principal directions, goals and instruments of the legal regulation, categorization, sources
2. International legal regulation of protection of biodiversity ? principles, sources, common marks, negative traits
3. International legal regulation of protection of biodiversity ? worldwide agreements with universal character
4. International legal regulation of protection of biodiversity ? regional agreements
5. Protection of biodiversity in European Union law ? basic aspects, goals, sources of legal regulation, European environmental policy, territorial and generic protection in the European Union law
6. Judicature of the Court of Justice of the European Union in the area of protection of biodiversity
7. Sources of legal regulation of nature, landscape, biodiversity protection and organization of state administration of the nature protection in the Czech Republic
8. Legal regulation of territorial and object protection of nature in the Czech Republic
9. Generic protection in situ and ex situ in Czech law

student bude rozumět odborné právní terminologii, bude mít osvojeny základní principy, instituty, prostředky a nástroje práva ochrany přírody a krajiny, bude znát příslušnou judikaturu a chápat význam tohoto oboru pro praxi. Tento předmět má doplnit a rozšířit znalosti oboru Právo životního prostředí |
Skills - skills resulting from the course: |
student bude umět na základě získaných znalostí (odborná právní terminologii a základní právní instituty, prostředky a nástroje uplatňované v rámci vztahů vznikajících ve společnosti na úseku ochrany přírody a krajiny) aplikovat poznatky v praktických situacích, zhodnotit, zdůvodnit a posoudit zvolená řešení v souladu s právním rámcem ČR (EU), judikaturou ČR a EU a bude schopen vyvodit všeobecné závěry, příp. bude schopen jednat a nalézat řešení v souladu s principy práva ochrany přírody a krajiny a životního prostředí v praxi, a to zejména v rámci správních řízení |
