Course objectives:
|
Aim of this subject is to provide the students necessary qualification for orientation and understanding for administrative law categories and basic terms, sources of administrative law, organization of public administration and forms activities of public service.

In accordance with Article 7 (1) of the Code of Study and Examination of the UWB, it is determined that the requirement for obtaining the SP1 course credit is a proper completion of a written test. The student applies for the test exclusively through IS/STAG. Four dates for the assessments of study (i.e. for the test) will be published during one academic year. If the student does not successfully pass the test, he/she can take the first resit (if allowed by the academic year schedule). If the student fails the first resit, he/she can take the second resit (if allowed by the academic year schedule).

Content
|
Education within first part of administrative law course is focused on administrative law defining as branch of public law, interpretation of administrative law sources and administrative law relations; further the educations is focused on public administration theory, especially with the view of determination of public administration, its role within public authority system, subjects and executors of public administration, information about organize structure of public administration in Czech Republic and interpretation of public self-administration and forms of public administration activities.
