This course acquaints students with basic of public law regulations of industrial and other production activity.

Content
|
This course is focused on different directions of public law regulations of industrial, eventually other production activities, with focus on mediun and bigger production units, that employees met on various degrees of managment and that are subject of supervisory and other activities of public administration. To this part belong for example trade and other business permits, occupational safety, protection of public health, prevention of negative effects of production both within of productions facilities, and also surroundings from the view of environmental production, product certification, protection of industrial property, protection of classified information, cryptographic security, protection of personal data etc. Assumption of passing this course is basic knowledge of functioning of public administration for instance within administrative proceeding. The course is determined not only for future lawyers and experts on public administration, but also for other professionals who will participate in activities of industrial enterprises in various professional (technical) occupations.

- Is able to choose the appropriate procedural procedure and revise the fulfillment of conditions of the proceeding;
- Recognizes contentious issues of the chosen case from the substantive law point of view;
- Applies substantive law to a particular case;
- He/she is able to suggest possible solutions;
- Evaluates all its submissions and decisions following the case-law;
- Publicly presents the conclusions risen;
- Can make a decision on the matter and justify it in terms of factual and legal.
