Course objectives:
|
Knowledge of constitutional and administrative systems are essential for an overview of graduate and his ability alone critical approach to problems in public administration. The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the use of the comparative method in the analysis of public administation and public law as applying constitutional and administrative models in specific legal and administrative systems.Emphasis will be placed on the characteristics of constitutional and administrative systems in selected countries in recognition of their basic differences.
