Course objectives:

Describe in detail students the object, the evolution and character of local regulations and their constitutional and law basis in Czech Republic. Analyze the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Court and its evolution for legislation, especialy for local acts and its importance as far as the prezent times. Enumerate in detail the law empoverment for local regulations edition on the local and regional level, and for competent state administration authorities. Describe in detail metodology and technology of the law making and legislative process inclusive standards of local legislation.

Subject of Local Legislative Acts and their Making ensure knowledge in the sphere of appreciation of local and regional acts and their creation. Students are qualified elaborate jurididical acts, especialy on the local and regional level, which are compatible and with modern law making metodology and technology.

- understand the basic principles of normative formation of territorial self-governing units and understand the basic principles of legislative techniques. |

able to actively master basic legislative and technical skills and to actively orientate themselves in the legal space defined by the limits of statutory legislation.

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
acquire knowledge of the basics of national, regional and local legislation, as well as the case law of the Constitutional Court in relation to the constitutionality of legislation, especially at local level. |
