To provide students with knowledge of problems of EU structural funds. The subject should be conceptually classed for students from 2. year of Faculty of Law. The subject is partly concerned with opening explanation of formal institutional structures and legal instruments of EU and historical evolution of problems but also with appropriate czech legal rules. At the same time it deals with structure and procedure of programmatic regional documents´ preparation, both in the state level and the level of central and small regions. The main pillar of the subject are various EU structural funds. There si also placed a chapter dealing with the process of preparation of grant application from EU structural funds in the subject.
