Course objectives:
|
Equipping students with knowledge in the field of construction law as part of public law, including an overview of the various government bodies that are authorized to exercise public authority in these matters. Emphasis will be placed on the issue of expropriation.

Requirements on student
|
Students should gain the ability to orient themselves in the preparation of construction planning, pre-construction preparation,land management under the Building Act, the issue of ownership of land and buildings.Gain knowledge in the field of construction management, reporting apovolování buildings, and use of buildings and building permit process.

1.Introduction
2.Classification of building rights on the system of law. Relationship to the administrative law, basic characteristics, aspects of the public.
3.Outline the development of construction law in the Czech Republic, stage, legal continuity and discontinuity forecast.
4.Planning preparation works, the concept of building ** **, and its legal consequences, planning documentation, the acquisition, approval, obligation, importance.
5.Pre-construction preparation, its economic and ecological aspects in terms of the legal context, private aspects.
6.Problems of construction activity, authorization, participants, the present legislation and its characteristics.
7.Regional management, species management under the Building Act, the conduct of the proceedings, decisions, classification of buildings in relation to performance management, management of the importance of spatial location of the building.
8.The issue of ownership rights to land and buildings, protection, control and procurement in construction law, institute compulsory purchase obligations in the implementation of projects.
9.Construction management, reporting and building permits, illegal construction, private management and its consequences, current treatment.
10.Use of buildings, the approval process, building construction, supervision, surveillance, normalization, dispute resolution.
11.Current problems in building legislative amendments, penalties, responsibilities, decisions, prognosis
