Course objectives:
|
The course is designed as a broad interpretation of the theory of administrative science with an emphasis on its multidisciplinary, social-science specification with an emphasis on relationship for defining public policy respectively public policies. It is based on methodology of studying social effect and processes reflected administrative science. It establishes fundamental conceptual apparatus used for knowledge of administration respectively public administration as a basic space for realization of controlling operation and society development. It defines the specific public policy and explains their legal structuring. The course defines the different actors of public policy and introduces students with the roles of various sectors and areas during defining the public policies and during its realization. It explains the role of administrative science and its methods of investigation of public policies and their effectiveness including the importance of empirical research.
