Course objectives:
|
The aim of the course is to initiate the students into the issue of the effective copyright law with emphasis on practical orientation through the knowledge of legislation, specialized texts, including the means of protecting the rights.

Requirements on student
|
Credit requirements:
Seminars and lectures attendance, active participation in discussions of the lectured topics.
Preparing a speech/essay worth 2 pages of A4 format (on one of the submissed themes 1 - 25). The essay is due the last teaching week of winter semester of the academic year.
Evaluation criteria - quality dealing with the subject matter - important:
Thinking about the problem, personal thought and consideration.
Students work out the issue using literature recommended for this subject, or using the internet. It is always necessary to mention the used source. Each topic is meant max. for 5 students within one seminar group.
Exam requirements:
Previous getting the credit, oral exam in the extent of covered topics and basic and recommended study literature.
