The course is intended to give students a good insight into the following areas:
centres of measurement and checking - requirements; checking plans; machinery acceptance; documentation; measuring plans and devices; CA methods.

Content
|
1)Introduction. Measurements in laboratory conditions and operating practices. ISO 10 012.1.
Metrology Procedure enterprise. Metrological confirmation. Measurement uncertainty. Calibration procedures.
2)Planning of experiments. DOE. Scanning parameters - types of sensors, application, evaluation. Economic perspectives on the measurement strategy.
3)Measurements in the industry. Input, process and output control. Conditions tightened, normal and simplified control.
4)Transfer and acceptance of machine nodes and units. ISO 230th Requirements for the economic agreement of metrological point of view. Requirements for documentation.
5)Requirements for the implementation of machinery - the basics, the environment. Methods of measurement. Construction machinery and measurement.
6)Putting into operation. Adjusting elements rectification. Analysis and correction of inaccuracies. Methods of measurement.
7)Transmission and acceptance. Types of measurement systems, principles. Setting and checking of measuring elements. Protocols accuracy - examples.
8)Transmission and acceptance. Tests of job performance. Tests of working accuracy.
9)Noise measurements. Hydraulic components. Safety requirements and the role of metrology.
10)Breakdown of production equipment according to the degree of accuracy. Impact on technology business opportunities. Maintenance system. Measurements in maintenance practice.
11)The measurement results as a basis for evaluating the reliability of machines. Fundamentals of reliability, depending on quality control and metrology.
12)Proposals for an automated measurement system of measurement. Examples.
13)New knowledge, useful in applied metrology. The human factor. Current problems of metrology in the CZE.
