Course objectives:
|
The aim is to acquaint students with the importance of rationalization of activities and rationalization of the main areas of work in enterprises. Attention is paid to particular methods of rationalizing the work with regard to the process of rationalization projects in enterprises. The main topics include multimoment study time and motion study methods of pre-determined times, performance and productivity.
