Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students are aware of differencies between basic categories of theory of law-law and right, positive and natural law, rule of law and source of law, legal order, legal culture, families of system of law). This is a necessary starting-point of any further study of different branches od positive law and gives a better insight into these basic notions and categories and into their eventual calling into questions as well. |
