Course objectives:

To acquire overview of current legal thought and its issues. To understand basic terms of jurisprudence in their contemporary context. To become acquainted with approaches viewing law in wider perspective.

Requirements on student
|
A written paper (10-20 pages) on one of the topics discussed, to be specified in consultation with the lecturer and approved by him. The paper shall be defended orally.
