Course objectives:

To provide graduates with an overview of the basic methods and techniques of scientific work at the current stage of the information society. On scientific propaedeutics as the first premise of the independent scientific work.The graduate is able to independently create a hypothesis and select the adequate methods of their verification. Is able to work with scientific literature and current information in the legal systems. The graduate can detect errors in the scientific arguments and in the technical requirements for scientific work in the field of legal science

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
The graduate gains knowledge about the nature, methods, and techniques of scientific work. It is able to create an idea of the nature of scientific work, the methods used in legal science, about the conceptual considerations on the choice of topic, concerning the selection of literature and about ways to work with her. Demonstrate a deep and systematic knowledge on current issues of legal science, working with legal information systems and the techniques of writing scientific works (citations, references, structure, registers, etc.). Analysis on examples of high quality scientific contributions to acquire the skills of professional text processing. Graduate knows the ethical principles of scientific work and the principles of the protection of copyright works. |
