Course objectives:

To acquaint students with the current discours socio-legal issues relating to the institutional and normative changes law in the company of late modernism and the media age.

Content
|
The relationship of law and society in today's world from the perspective of system theory of/autopoiese/and a multidisciplinary approach.
Cross-compliance changes the law with regard to the aspects of ethnological, cultural studies, political science, and the legal-philosophical.
The sociological concept of rights, strengthening the function of the order, the global dimension, one world, the promotion of the concept of consensus building on the idea of world citizenship.
Mechanisms of control and regulation, social and reflexive mechanisms, normalization, Mechanisms of control and regulation, social and reflexive mechanisms, normalization, development of rights.
Conflicts and disputes, modern society as an open system, law and problem solving, consensus and conflictualistic concept of normativity.
New forms of knowledge in the world media presence paradigm epistémé, electronic media and their influence on perception, perception of reality.
Promoting normative behavior patterns legal, moral, economic, political, aesthetic, using new technology.
Normativity. The law is becoming a norm, standardization and systems of communicative action, autopoiesis behavior normative systems, institutionalization of norms, the legitimacy of legality.
The simulated world of a hyper-realist. Technical civilization, global world, unification, globalization and mondializace play in a multicultural world, aesthetisation legal norms.
Options sustainable, regulated and controlled development of normative and institutional multiplicity of opinions in the world.
