Course objectives:

To provide students with a necessary knowledge of human rights, history of human rights, classification of human rights, their enforcement mechanisms and selected actual problems of human rights

Requirements on student
|
Oral exam, questions will be given to the students in advance. The questions will follow the course content. Essay.

Content
|
Student shall gain knowledge of basic concepts related to human rights, to understand their development, to analyze not only basic historic documents on human rights, but also positive human rights law (on the municipal and international level), make sense of enforcement mechanisms of these rights, to classify human rights and identify some actual fundamental problems of human rights.
