Course objectives:

The subject is focused on acquainting international students with the basic institutes of the material and procedural Czech criminal law, i. e. especially with the principles of criminal liability, penal sanctions system and with criminal liability of juveniles. The course is thougt in English language.

Circumstances excluding unlawfulness 6. Developement stages of a crime 7. Criminal coaction 8. Concurrence of criminal offences 9. Expiry of criminal liability 10. Criminal sanctions 11. Criminal liability of juveniles 12. Selected violent and vice criminal offences 13. Selected property criminal offences
