Course objectives:
|
The course is designed as an elective, optional for students who in the future would be more concerned with criminal law, criminology and especially criminology. The course is focused on the interpretation of criminology for the needs of law. Students should be briefly acquainted with the history and division, the structure of criminology, the concept of crime, criminological theories. They will also get acquainted with the dynamics of crime, the person of the perpetrator, the victim and crime prevention. Last but not least, they will get acquainted with some specific parts of crime.
