Course objectives:

The subject is focused on explications of the remaining instituts of criminal procedure law and further on a revision of hitherto gained knowledge of material and processual criminal law.

Content
|
1. Decisions in criminal proceedings.
2. The stages of criminal proceedings.
3. Pre-trial proceedings.
4. Preliminary hearing of a case (of a charge), the trial.
5. Open and closed session.
6. The abbreviated forms of criminal proceedings and of judicial hearing of a case.
7. Ordinary legal remedies.
8. Extraordinary legal remedies; amnesty, pardon.
9. Execution procedure.
10. Juvenile criminal justice.
11. Criminal procedural questions of membership in EU and the legal contact with abroad.
