Course objectives:

The subject is focused on explications of the remaining instituts of criminal procedure law and further on a revision of hitherto gained knowledge of material and processual criminal law.

To characterize criminal and procedural criminal law, to characterize the basic principles of the TPP in the context of the principle of the right to a fair trial, to assess the issues of jurisdiction and jurisdiction, the bodies and parties of criminal proceedings, to define the individual bodies involved in the criminal proceedings, to dismantle the criminal proceedings and the way of their implementation, Acts and procedures in their application, issues of evidence and decisions in criminal proceedings. |

Knowledge - knowledge resulting from the course: |
Students acquire knowledge about stages of criminal proceedings and about special criminal proceedings. Students gain knowledge about the legal contact with abroad. Further they get knowledge about European arrest warrant.

Skills - skills resulting from the course: |
Able to orientate and apply the knowledge gained by the study of criminal procedural law, can assess and apply all criminal law institutes to a specific example, demonstrate the activities at the various stages of the criminal proceedings and the formal aspect of individual acts of criminal proceedings, including court proceedings and procedures, can apply the decision. |
