Course objectives:
|
The course is intended for students who have a deeper interest in the subject matter of criminal procedural law and who, after completing their studies, intend to continue working within the system of courts, public prosecutor's office or advocacy. The content of this course is focused on the key decisions in criminal proceedings according to current case law practice. The subject matter is discussed from the point of view of theory, valid legislation, but also application practice. The student should be properly prepared for the subject at least the substantive criminal law and the basics of the criminal process. Recommended for students who have already completed courses TR1 and TR2
