Course objectives:

To introdukce sport such as form of relaxation, active rest and natural increasing of physical fitness and fun.

Requirements on student
|
Respect the guidelines issued by Department of Sport of University of West Bohemia for the course and compliance with the operating rules of the facility where the course is provided. To register for credit is necessary to meet course program.
