Course objectives:
|
The main objective is to provide students with the knowledge of a wide variety of sport activities in the nature as a basis for their whole life sport activity.
Students get familiar with the grounding of the chosen sport and learn basic skills and get theoreticel knowledge of various sports.
Water tourism, mountain climbing, softball, tennis, volleyball, basketball, aerobic, orienteering race, football, floorball and non-traditional sports like patenque, crocket and kjuba.
Lessons are modified according to the available sport equipment of the sport centre.

Requirements on student
|
Active participation and fulfilment of the course programme.
Practical training is held in groups according to the methodical series of various sports with the guidance of instructors.
Theoretical knowledge is passed on students in the form of lectures.
Student control is held with the help of the analysis or the video-recording of individual students.

Summer Training Camp is intended for students of all the faculties and years of studies, for beginners as well as for advanced students, who want to learn basic skills and get knowledge in the field of the chosen sports and stay in the nature.
