Course objectives:
|
Students shall gain the knowledge on elementary European pillars in free movements and freedoms of persons in EU with special focus on practical aspects in legal practice. The course shall be held in English and therefore it shall extend students abilities of application in professional international environment, where special emphasis is made to possible professional mobility within the EU.
The course is prepared and offered as part of course Rights of Person in Europe and also as additional course to the compulsory basic courses of European law taught either in Czech or English. Content of the course shall be composed of lectures focused on Charter of fundamental rights of the European Union, relevant directives and their practical impact in legal practice.
