Course objectives:
|
The main objective of this course is comprehension of community legal system within informative sources, the practical ability to work with the legal sources and PC, to apply the national and community law to cases, to select and apply the judgments of the Court of I. Instance and of the European Court in Luxemburg, to use the data system Codexis, ability to work in fulltext system and to work with other database containing the legal norms, to adapt the basic knowledge of windows system into Codexis system

- The selection of relevant jurisprudence of community and national courts in Codexis system. - Application of relevant legal norms and judgments found in informative system of Codexis to real cases. - The introduction into the filosophy of the informative sources, windows, Codexis, - Work with the individual informative sources Codexis, LexDATA, - Searching for legal sources on internet (Current Czech and community legislation - Actual analysis of particular national primary and secondary legislation regarding the human rights protection.

The students will be able to: - analyse significant jurisprudence in the field of community law and it ´s application to real cases - apply international, EC and EU legislation in appropriate cases dealing with individual protection or collective rights of people and European citizens - search relevant legislation and related jurisprudence in PC database especially in Codexis system
