Course objectives:
|
The course shall focus on newly developing legal discipline that it is possible to name European law of the fourth industrial revolution. As there are ongoing developing and incomplete process of digitalization of economics, the new course is built as analyses of relevant legal regulation de lege lata and also in its main part de lege ferenda. The core of the course shall be in detailed analyses of protection of intellectual property regulation in the EU, protection of personal data in the EU, the process of digitalization in the area of Industry 4.0, European regulation of conditions of employee's surveillance in Industry 4.0. and European regulation for support of research and development in Industry 4.0.
