Content
|
1. Introduction to the concepts of the right to information and protection of personality. 2. Different aspects of the freedom of expression. 3. Legal machinery of the protection of the freedom of expression and right to information. 4. Constitutional guarantees of the freedom of expression and right to information. 5. Limits of the freedom of expression and right to information. 6. Relationship between the right to information and protection of personality. 7. Protection of personal data and right to information. 8. Freedom of expression and right to information. 9. Right to petition and freedom to assemble as statement of the freedom of expression. 10. Case law of the Constitutional Court concerning the freedom of expression. 11. Case law of the Constitutional Court concerning se the right to information. 12. Case law of the European Court of Human Rights and its impact upon the constitutional guarantees of the freedom of expression and right to information in the Czech Republic. 13. The institution of ombudsman and the right to information. 14. Authentic issues of the constitutional protection of the freedom of expression and right to information in the Czech Republic.
