Course objectives:
|
The aim of subject is equipped students advanced knowledge of German criminal law, the acquisition of German legal terminology in the field and familiarity with the sources and principles of German criminal law. Attention is also paid to the relationship of the German criminal and constitutional law and the various current problems of German criminal law in a positive legal, judicial and doctrinal dimension. Students are taught the extent of German criminal law actively linguistically and professionally competent in written and oral form, in the form of descriptive and analytical outputs.
