Course objectives:

The course Introduction to German constitutional law proceeds blocks. The aim is to equip students with advanced knowledge of German constitutional law, to learn the German legal terminology in the field and familiarity with the sources and principles of constitutional law. The aim is also to point out the influence of the German constitutional justice to the Czech constitutional justice.
